Jen Fannin Health and Wellness at MMS With the school year in full swing, students in Mr. Rusty Roberts eighth grade health class hear from their first speaker from the community this year. Jen Fannin, Health Educator and Public Information Officer from the Cambridge-Guernsey County Health Department did a presentation for the students on health and wellness and the services provided for the community by the Health Department. Students in all eight grade health classes also completed a health and wellness survey. The survey gathers information from the students measuring their levels of physical, social, emotional/mental, sexual, and environmental health. The results will be complied to provide information to the students of which areas need they need to improve upon. |
