Countryview Assisted Living, the former Guernsey County Home, offers: Room and Board; Private and Semi-Private Rooms; Home Cooked Meals; Full Laundry Service; Cleaning Service; Transportation for Medical Trips; Hospice Services; Hair Care Services; Respite Services; Weekly Church Services; and Social Activities.
Countryview Assisted Living is a 40-bed facility, and has nurses on-staff 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, with two aides working on every shift.
The facility also offers extremely reasonable monthly rates, and all residents are treated with dignity, kindness, compassion and respect.

- Total Care: $1,095.00 per month
- Respite Care: $45.00 per day
